First Commercial RTU
Launch of the flagship Rooftop Unit (RTU) Series A. This revolutionary design integrated heating and cooling into a single, weather-resistant package.
North American Expansion
Opening the main 500,000 sq ft factory in Ohio. This expansion allowed us to serve the entire North American market with rapid logistics and support.
Smart Integration
Introduction of IoT-enabled units. B&A became the first to offer remote diagnostics and predictive maintenance alerts as a standard feature.
Sustainable Future
Launch of the new eco-friendly hybrid series. Achieving net-zero manufacturing targets and pushing the boundaries of energy efficiency ratings (SEER).
